Here’s an example of how the Solar Return Reading looks like, what does it mean and what all you get to see in it.

I did this for myself in 2025 and feel called to share with you all!

Solar Return Introduction:

Hi Aditya. Welcome to your Solar Return reading.

As you have been experimenting since a few years with your Strategy & Inner Authority (S&A) and have had a foundation reading, I am excited that this reading is going to be useful and entertaining for you as you discover what themes lie ahead in this year and how to take advantage of this information in terms of living as yourself.

Knowing what lies ahead can be useful to not getting sucked into things and let the forces overwhelm you as well as engaging in things that are correct for you.

As you witness the unfolding of the cycle and are making decisions as yourself, you can have the right encounters and educational development through which you become more and more self aware in your process.

Ra called these forces as “The weather” – it is not about predicting the future, but getting to see a thematic.

Seeing how it is specifically going to unfold is for you to witness.

Knowing and recognising the thematic can then enable you to recognise the conditioning forces and you can then make use of your S&A to determine whether to engage in any of these themes.

The important thing here is to remember that we are not trying to determine what will happen to you but are getting you equipped to see what are the themes that can get you on a course of potential misalignment or alignment depending upon your rootedness in your inner authority.

Ra said that the further away you are from yourself, you are likely to experience everything in the program!

Individual Design Review:

Aditya, lets briefly go over your design and conditioning themes.

As a projector you are here to be invited to guide through your uniquely creative contributions as you share your sense of the collective experiential past of the humanity by articulating what it is to be awake as oneself in the now. Your expression has an appeal to the collective as you bring out the obscure details of the inner truth that might mutate the value structure.

As a simple split, the gates 17 and 56 are hotspots of conditioning for you, as you might have noticed in your experiment. You are here to be wise about opinions and beliefs. Your mind can get hung up upon how to find ways to stimulate people with your ideas and how to be a good storyteller. Your mind can also be obsessed with finding right ways to organise the details that you pick up to deliver a structured understanding. Remember at such times to come back to your S&A!

You also have a lot many open centers with their own conditioning themes. As you become more and more aware of the not self talk of these open centers, you can be more and more aware as you catch your mind saying: I must do something in a hurry to prove to my worth. Its not enough what I have already done and let me do more by holding on to unhealthy things so that I may avoid any emotional conflict.

Conditioning Themes in this Cycle:

Here is what your Solar Return for 2025 look like. First thing to note is that, your design does not change. Your sacral and solar plexus is getting lit but it doesn’t mean you have become emotional manifesting generator! We will take a look at what it means and how it helps when you meet the oncoming conditioning whilest rooted in your S&A!

Bridging of split:

This year it might feel like you have a sense of organising your detailed understanding. It might feel like now you have figured out a formula to project in the future and be done with all the doubts. But be aware that this is coming through conditioning and for making big decisions wait to be invited and be rooted in your inner authority. We will explore this aspect at more depth later in this reading.

Open Centres:

As you see in the chart, this year you can also feel increased pressure on your open centers. This is also an opportunity to develop wisdom about them through this cycle rather than being overwhelmed by their conditioning.

Sacral Center: You might feel that now you have all the energy that you need and now you can work like a generator. This way you might overwork yourself to exhaustion.

Root Center: You can feel the increased stress and might think now you know when to hurry and can regulate the stress but can end up harming your health and well being. Being rooted in your S&A will help you to deal with the pressure correctly.

Splenic Center: You might feel increased sense of well being tempting you to let go of things that are actually correct for you! Remember to get in touch with your inner authority when you catch your minds drift in this way.

Solar Plexus: You can feel overly emotional at times rempting you to take some big decisions under this conditioning.

Remember to always use your S&A whilst meeting with big decisions in life.

Meeting your openness this way, you can develop a great wisdom in this cycle!

Nodal Environment in this Cycle:

The nodes of the moon as you know, represent direction.

The nodes in the Solar Return are not exactly like in your rave chart. It’s not so much direction in the sense of this is where you go, but this is what it’s going to look like as you’re going along that way. That’s why the Nodes are so important.

As your design date is 21st October, the unconscious nodes 17/18 are activated on that day. The conscious nodes will be activated on your birth date, that is 16th January. Between this period your personality is still busy closing the nodal themes from the last year. So, this period can be a little confusing and your personality might wonder why is there this new thematic of direction! So it can be good period not to take any big and important decisions, but ultimately your S&A is the key to make decisions.

Gate 18: The Gate of Correction, Line 3: The Zealot, the energetic obsession to clean the house.
Gate 17: The Gate of Opinions, Line 3: Understanding, the best road is not necessarily the most interesting one.

There is unconscious direction thematic of judgements, opinions and correcting a pattern to organise humanity in a way that ensures secure future. You might see around you a lot of problems due to inequality and the need to fix the society by challenging a pattern to ensure fundamentals human rights. Being in third lines there might be a lot of trial and error in the environment where different kinds people bump into each other.

Third line also has a theme of money so there might involve a lot of judgement involved around money and how it can be used that really serves the society. When you are aware that this is what you are seeing this year as a background stage, you get to deal with it correctly as yourself. It doesn’t mean that you address these themes, but it is just that this year your direction is going to look like this and it kind of sets up a stage for you.

46.2/ 25.2: Personality nodes:
Gate 46: The Gate of Determination of the Self, Line 2: The prima donna
Gate 25: The Gate of the Spirit of the Self, Line 2: Existentialist, devotion and dedication to the now.

This is a very interesting background as it requires one to see beneath the surface. On the surface this nodal polarity looks like a lot of good fortune of the 46 and an uncontrived and spontaneous innocent nature of the 25, that gives the appearance that its about, being able to act innocently and in that being lucky to find good fortune or not. But when looked beneath the surface one gets to discover a lot of dedication and hard work of the 46 and a lot of competitiveness of the 25.

As they both are in the G center, it is a background with many people of strong identities. Where love and success are prominent themes. There is a potential of deep spirituality and even shamanism and priesthood of the 25 and love of the body in the 46.

It is important to be aware of these themes and what they look like as you live out this cycle. It is not so much as you do something about these themes but being aware that they are there in the background can be empowering to be rooted in ones own S&A in the ways one deals with them. You do not necessarily have to address them but like we saw earlier it sets up a stage for you on which you learn, develop and fulfil your purpose.

In the later sections we will look at which of these nodal themes are likely going to be personal for you, which is going to be for your development and which is going to populate your environment with these characters!

The way human design delivers understanding of the nodal themes is that it is what you get to see. You dont have necessarily do somethng about it directly but to recognise that these themes set up a stage for you on which your purpose gets fulfilled.

Weather Impact:

In the next section, lets look at the different thematics through which the Solar conditioning forces are likely to impact you.

There are three different ways in which you meet the conditioning forces:

Personal: When there is an electromagnetic connection or a compromise between you and the solar imprint.

Educational: When the Solar return has a channel defined where you dont have an activations. In other words, it is a dominace.

Environmental: When the return activates a gate in a channel where you have no activations.

We will take a look at them one by one!

Weather Impact: Personal (Personal Electromagnetic and Personal Compromise)

As the term suggests, personal themes are there for you to encounter personally as opposed to it being just there passively in the environment. It is what you are likely to meet and interact with as a real person or a direction or a learning that shows up in your path.

Personal Electromagnetic connections can always bring love/hate, attraction/repulsion dynamic. So the key is to stay aligned to your side of that channel and not be sucked into the other person’s trip!

You have two electromagnetic connections with the Solar return: Gate 34.5, the gate of power activated by unconscious Venus of the transit with your channel 10-20, the channel of awakening:

This can make you, on the unconscious level to be wanting to busy manifesting what you want in the now and be centred on yourself following your own convictions.

This can be a person or persons you meet who has a value trip to be wanting to eliminate the resistance when necessary, by use of power.

Whether you want to entertain this thematic, and in what way, depends upon your inner authority. Its not a must that you got to deal with it or use this conditioning somehow. It is there for you to get to see what is happening to you through this encounter and your wisdom is to deal with it or not using your S&A!

If you happen to overwhelm yourself trying to be busy not knowing when it is enough, remember to pull back and see if you have entered in your experience correctly as a projector with self projected authority! As being rooted correctly in your S&A determines if you get to make correct use of conditioning or are simply caught up and overwhelmed by it.

Personal Compromise happens when you have a gate, and the Solar Return brings the entire channel with both gates. Compromise represents the potential challenges in your interactions with people and the themes of that channel, especially the gate you don’t have.

Compromise can get under your skin, and you may feel run over by this energy. It is important to accept and surrender to the Compromise and to treat it as forced learning.

The Channel of Logic: 63/4

Line 4: The liar, role playing as an art form. The actor. Detriment: The potential danger to see fantasy as fact.

The moon is a strong driving force. It can mean that there is a person you meet as this thematic that has this drive or that you feel this drive in this cycle to come up with logical answers to the doubts about the future. The conditioning of the gate 4 is to be certain that you have a formula through which we can be secure in the future. And that now you know what to do in order to be safe. Knowing this you can be aware when you are tempted to see fantasy as a fact and take actions to pacify the doubts about the future. You can thus become aware and come back to be rooted in your inner authority, your own decision making process.

As the transit defines the whole channel you may feel that your own doubts about the future are not being addressed. When we look at what defines the gate 63, its the Saturn. You can see these doubts then as a development or learning experience where you get to see what kind of doubts are being expressed in the collective and how they are being answered through a logical formula.

You are not necessarily have to deal with anything you experience or encounter on these lines unless of course if it is correct for you to do so!

The Channel of acceptance: 17/62

Line 3: Understanding; the awareness that the best road is not necessarily the most interesting. Detriment: Taking of short cuts.

Possibility of skipping details and limiting the value of opinion.

As the unconscious north node brings the gate 17.3, it can look like you are moving towards the thematic of facts and opinions and organising the future with a shared logical understanding. You could see this theme in the background that what happens to the opinions in the collective when certain details are skipped.

As you have your own details (62.6 Earth) to share, it can feel like your own understating is being undermined and there is a whole different set of facts that do not really align to how you understand things.

What is being discussed and implemented is not something that you would agree with. It is something to see as a thematic and as it is in the nodes, it can look like thats where you are going. As it is about collective one can, even when not agreeing to the ways in which a pattern is being recognised and corrected, and even when it might feel like a personal defeat, have a certain level of acceptance. To what degree, if it all you engage with this thematic again, is to be decided by your inner authority!

The Channel of Mutation: 60/3

You have design earth in Gate 3 that is about bringing a new order to the values that is part of your purpose in this life. So having Gate 60 activated on the other side, this thematic is there for you as a developmental aspect as you learn about the limitations in the ways the creative pulse operates.

This can generate a lot of melancholy and potentially depressive states as you might feel stuck at times.

You can feel this increased pressure to mutate the value structure but it is wise to simply surrender to the limitations, to see as they are and discover the natural timing when there is pulse that moves you and might release the pressure vent.

This year you might feel additional stress to bring about new ways in which the things are done but always remember to be rooted in your S&A when you undertake any new venture. You might also learn about how one can be resourceful when dealing with limitations but at the same time also be aware that the restrain doesnt get you to the extent that it develops chronic depression. Remember that it is a developmental aspect and actually there is really nothing to DO for you but to see it and learn!

If you’re operating correctly as yourself, it can be an extraordinary learning opportunity, because truly you can recognize an aspect of being something in the other, something in the program you don’t have yourself and how much that can teach you about what that thing is. Not what that thing does to you, but what that thing actually is.”

The channel of transitoriness: 35/36, A Design of a jack of all trades
Gate 35: The gate of change
Line 1: Humility, the ability to accept rejection.
Activated by conscious Jupiter.

Gate 36: The gate of crisis
Line 6: Justice, the inevitable survival of the right.
Activated by conscious and unconscious Neptune.

Since Jupiter and Neptune both are outer planets, you have this thematic of transitoriness as developmental education. There could be a lot of crisis that was hidden and now coming to light and giving rise to change and humility. In this cycle you might learn a lot about human experiential way that can contribute to you developing your wisdom about how one moves from inexperience to experience, about the nature of emotional and sexual drive for a variety of stimulating activities.

You yourself are also likely to get sucked into a ride through amplified emotionality but be aware to be rooted in your S&A! You can feel overly emotional at times but when you are able to see it for what it is, to learn about these things and not necessarily to do something about it, it can contribute to your development as it expands your mind when you get to see that things are transitory and nothing lasts forever.

Take this as a good opportunity to learn about emotional clarity, expectations, emotional crisis, volatility, depth and a sense of fulfilment or futility.

“Environmental is something to pay attention to only in the sense of when you’re using the Nodes properly, and again you will see that the Nodes consistently are one of the most essential guides you can have in doing cycle analysis, is that these Environmental gates have a lot to do with conditioning or adding conditioning to the environment that the Nodes establish. But it’s still Environmental.”

Previously in this reading we looked at the nodes. The 18/17 bringing the thematic of judgements and opinions whilst 46/25 bringing the thematic of serendipity, innocence, luck, dedication, competitiveness etc. In the light of this understanding lets now look at the Environmntal gate and see how they add a flavour to the themes that are set by the nodes of the Solar Return.

Gate 23: The Gate of Assimilation
Line 5: Assimilation, The practical acceptance of the values of another path.
Activated by Conscious Uranus.

You could be seeing quite unusual ways in which the individual insight is communicated. You might see that whether or not this
innovative thinking can cut through the standardised concepts depends on the timing and language used. As you notice this flavour
in the environment added to the directional thematic of the nodes, it can contribute to your developmental learning and add to your
wisdom. As Uranus energy can be sudden and unexpected, you can see a sudden change in the way in which new insights are
assimilated and the practical values of another path are recognised.

This way you learn about the nature of individual mutation that benefits the collective or not by bringing in the diversification.

Gate 45: The Gate of the Gatherer
Line 2: Consensus, Gathering together is strengthened by acknowledgement of common interest.
Activated by Unconscious Moon.
Line 5: Leadership, All gathering together must have a center and a focus.
Activated by Unconscious Jupiter.

You could see people in your environment with a deep drive to have to gather people together for a common agenda. As a flavour to your nodal themes, it can be a gathering that has a common interest of judgements, opinions, corrections and activism for human rights and so on.

This gathering could also reveal to you themes of hard work, dedication and competitiveness through which you develop your wisdom and learn about leadership.

When you learn to recognise these flavours added to your nodal environment, you can have a distance from them as you watch them for what they are. Your S&A always protects you from getting suckered into the themes that aren’t for you to engage into.

As we have seen, whether or not and to what extent you engage with these themes, is a decision of your inner authority!

In your environment you are likely to see good fortune or lack of it. As we have seen it is an environment that really gives you an opportunity to see beneath the surface and you can discover that behind the good luck there is actually a lot of dedication, hard work and perseverance. There could be those people that you see who have a great determination to keep pushing upwards and they happen to find themselves through serendipity at the right place and right times bringing them all kinds of success despite their behaviour as they have a real depth to their talent. As it is in the second line, there could also be a lot of it that is simply being projected outward and at times an eccentric demand that wants to treat determination as the success even before it is realised.

Its can be an interesting environment for you when you recognise these themes being played out and use your S&A to meet those forces that are correct for you!

Summary:

As you must have noticed, Solar Return is quite an interesting reading and is packed with information. We have seen the important themes that you are likely to witness this coming year. Whether it it a person or persons that you are going to interact, whether it is something you get to see in the background environment or contributes to your learning, none of it means that you MUST engage with it.

Use this information as the guide post so that your mind can recognise the conditioning forces that can help you see them for what they are and take advantage of them, meaning to engage with those people and experiences that are correct for you as you enter into your process correctly. In another words when you live your design and make decisions as yourself!
